How much is shipping?
We ship with Australia Post and charge a flat rate of $8 per order for standard delivery or $15 for express delivery within Australia. All orders over $75 will receive free standard shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
If you live within a capital city within Australia, Australia Post estimates up to 5 business days. If you live regionally, allow up to 10 business days. We will post your order as soon as possible with a maximum of 2 business days from time of purchase.
Can I track my order?
Of course. We send all our window shades through Australia Post. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from them with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we know Australia isn’t the only place that needs the shady baby tints!

Can I purchase in store?
At the moment My Shady Baby is an online only business. We do attend most major Baby and Children’s Expo’s though so be sure to keep an eye out for a great deal there.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I exchange or get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, for up to 28 days. If you would like a different print, simply return the original window shade to us and we will send you the new design plus postage. The My Shady Baby must be in original conditions with no signs of use. If you have simply changed your mind, please get in contact with us within 28 days to arrange a refund.
Can I get a refund if the My Shady Baby window shade is damaged or faulty?
Yes, we will refund the total purchase price plus postage paid or send you out a new shade. Please email us at info@myshadybaby.com.au within 28 days of purchase.
